This Privacy Policy explains how BLVCK LLC, a Maryland limited liability company doing business as Stack ("Stack", "we", "us", or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with our websites, APIs, dashboards, and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Scope. This Policy addresses information about our account holders, website visitors, and their representatives. The Service delivers reference data about financial institutions (such as routing numbers, bank names, branches, and addresses); that institutional data is business information and is generally not personal information about consumers. If you submit personal information belonging to others through the Service, you are responsible for having the necessary rights and lawful basis to do so.
We receive limited information from service providers, such as our payment processor (for example, subscription status and payment outcomes) and our infrastructure and analytics providers.
Where required by law (for example, in the EEA or UK), we rely on the following legal bases: performance of a contract with you; our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service; compliance with legal obligations; and your consent where applicable.

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, and thereafter as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and maintain business and security records. Retention periods vary based on the type of information and the purpose for which it is processed. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it. You may request deletion of your account as described in Section 6.
We use strictly necessary cookies to authenticate sessions, keep you signed in, and secure the Service. We may use limited analytics to understand usage and improve the Service. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the Service from functioning. We do not use the dashboard to serve third-party advertising cookies. Because consistent industry standards for "Do Not Track" signals do not yet exist, we do not currently respond to them.

You may also update certain account information directly in your dashboard, and opt out of non-essential emails using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, including encryption in transit, hashed credentials, access controls, and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and API keys.
We are based in the United States and process information in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have data-protection laws different from those in your jurisdiction. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
Residents of California and certain other U.S. states may have specific rights under state privacy laws, including the rights to know, access, correct, and delete personal information, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information and certain targeted advertising.
We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under applicable state privacy laws, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Over the preceding twelve months, we have collected the categories of information described in Section 1 (identifiers, commercial information, internet or network activity, and communications) for the business purposes described in Section 2, and disclosed information to service providers as described in Section 3. The Service is intended for businesses and individuals who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
The Service integrates with and links to third-party services (such as our payment processor and documentation). This Policy does not apply to third-party services, which are governed by their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
